Gina Tawadrous built her career helping companies grow — not only in revenue, but in structure, scalability, and strategic clarity. Across North America, Europe, and Latin America, she has led finance teams through transformation, implementing the systems, controls, and financial strategies that turn high-growth businesses into disciplined, high-performing organizations.

Following the acquisition of her previous company, Gina was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, where she assumed oversight of five additional entities acquired by the parent organization. She led complex post-acquisition integrations, aligning financial systems, standardizing reporting, strengthening internal controls, and harmonizing governance practices across multiple regions. Her leadership delivered improved transparency, stronger compliance, and operational alignment at scale.

She also played a key role in the AI/R Streamline Project — a group-wide cost optimization and process efficiency initiative. Through automation, strategic cost management, and operational redesign, the initiative reduced redundancy, improved financial visibility, and generated measurable savings that enhanced the organization's financial strength and agility.
